A Guide to Your Goals:

 Sourcefull Journey LLC is a for-profit entity that offers services focused on consultation, keynote speaking, and motivational speaking. The services are provided in the forms of one-on-one sessions or group formats (if necessary). My specialty is to not only help others discover ways of getting beyond past trauma related issues, but to also delve deeper in discovering what their true passions are and how to proceed in pursuing them within all aspects of their own life.  Furthermore, my coaching technique is applicable in such a way that can aid others that may need more in depth guidance on maneuvering through various hurdle types.

I learned about coaching when I hit an unplanned roadblock in my life where I was faced with the reality that I needed to come up with a solid solution to pull me out of the daunting experience. After further introspection, I formulated a solution that not only pulled me above the roadblock itself, but it essentially further aligned me with my true calling as well.

To date, I have guided others as a Life Coach since 2011. It has become something that I have truly grown to love. After the feedback that I have acquired where others have expressed that my technique was something that was effective for them, I decided to take on this path full time. In doing so, this has now motivated me to turn my passion into a full-time career of my own.

Alongside coaching and speaking, I am also a long time staunch supporter when it comes to aiding the impoverished population within some of the most poverty-stricken areas through philanthropy and humanitarian work.
