REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of the products and services provided,(digitals included), as well as electronic transmission the same, you hearby agree and acknowledge that your purchase of any product or service offered via Sourcefull Journey LLC is deemed non-refundable, unless Sourcefull Journey cannot physically attend the session or event due to unforeseeable circumstances, (whether it be virtually or in person), within 48 hours, only then will a full refund for the product/ service offered be returned.

Please note:

Weekly Coaching Sessions must start within 1-week of the purchase date.

1-hr session must be booked within 48 hours by the recipient. After payment of service has been submitted, the recipient must send a follow-up email requesting date(s) and time(s) at: [email protected]. Alternatively, she can also be reached at [email protected].
